Chelsea are reportedly hoping to hijack Tottenham Hotspur’s pursuit of Mathis Tel. After contacting the player’s agent before flying to England to finalise the deal. Chelsea had been

interested in Tel throughout most of the January transfer window. And the player decided just before the deadline that he wanted to leave Bayern Munich.
It is believed that Tel turned down a move to Chelsea due to concerns about his playing opportunities under Enzo Maresca. Spurs also
failed to make their first attempt at signing the 19-year-old on a permanent basis.
However, the Spurs decided to make a new offer, a loan with an option to buy. And successfully convinced Tel to join the team.
However, French outlet โปรโมชั่นพิเศษจาก UFABET สมัครตอนนี้ รับโบนัสทันที reports that Chelsea are still reluctant to give up on Tell and before the player travelled to London, they contacted the player’s agent again but were again rejected.
In the past, there was a similar incident after Chelsea beat Willian to join the team in 2013. At which time the player had already traveled to have a medical with “The Golden Cockerels” before ending up playing at Stamford Bridge instead.
Kel wanted to have the power to decide his own future, making a non-permanent transfer an important factor, and Spurs’ terms were merely an option. Tell could have said no if he didn’t want to join permanently.
