Asked whether Rashford’s rediscovery at Villa would affect the striker’s future, Amorim refused to comment on Rashford’s future, saying
only that any United player who performs well on loan is good news for the club. Villa have a clause in their contract that will allow them to sign the 26-year-old for £40million at the end of the loan.
